Sessions are conducted only after the client health screening concerns (assessment) and personal goals are reviewed. Written instructional packages and photos demonstrating the exercises are always included.
We are excited to offer online personal training to service clients throughout the country. We utilize the top online coaching systems to give you access to online food logging, nutrition support and photo demonstrations of each exercise in your personalized fitness program. Additionally, you will get email communication and unlimited support via phone and text to help answer any questions you may have while we train together. Unlike many online trainers, we will never give you a standard computer-generated program. We personally create every program based on your goals and current fitness level.

As a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I offer all clients diet and meal suggestions based on their individual goals.
Clients utilize an online food logging system to track daily caloric and nutrition intake. With this unique program, I have the ability to check your food log daily, in order to make suggestions to keep you on track. Clients have continuous support throughout the week, and can email or text me whenever they have questions regarding their meal plan.
